Almost 80 percent of Americans surveyed say they’ve found conflicting information about what to eat — and what to avoid — causing them to second guess their choices.

That's why NBC News BETTER and American Heart Association’s Healthy for Good want you to share your biggest dietary dilemmas with us. We’re collecting questions and calls for help — and we want to hear from you. We’ll be highlighting selected responses on NBCNews.com without sharing your name.

These entries will be reviewed and will be the subject of an Eat Smart Day Twitter chat on November 7, 2018 at 2pm ET where health and nutrition experts, American Heart Association volunteers and NBC News BETTER editors will lead a discussion aimed at putting your dietary dilemmas to rest.

Please enter your comment here in 85 words or less, and feel free to share on social media with the hashtag #DietDilemma.
